Visalia in October

I watched the sun go down today in Visalia. She skimmed the tops of the cotton plants, the buds that know not the taste of yesterday’s rain and the ones whose wisps embrace the cool evening rays.





She brushed the flowers of the corn stalks on her way to the farmer cutting the last of the alfalfa.

Even the daisies were smiling…


I returned to my hotel and found the alley lights intoxicating...



My muse continues to inspire and feed my need to create and yet this strange feeling of melancholic hunger persists...

Wow, what breathtaking photos. I think about you each time the flowers are all in bloom across from your old apartment here in SF, the "Garden for the Environment". Keep up the photos...doug says hello :)
